Having met many members from this community in my capacity as boxing coach, they are all truly a pleasure to train. The management are excellent, welcoming and always have great events planned. The house itself is magnificent and truly feels like a home away from home - thanks to the atmosphere created.

What a place!, I planned to visit Malta for 10 days. Then I heard about the house, after the first visit I decided to stay one month there, because why not? to Live and work in that awesome community. It was more than a place to stay, it was the perfect place for life balance, everyone there has a unique talent. I got inspired by the great people there and shared a lost of activities like cooking, Yoga, workout, hiking and a new ways to start your own business. Will definitely recommend it for everybody, specially digital nomads. Last but not least, Thank you Matt and Ola for creating such a good community 😍

Evolve is a real life changer ❤️ My experience in the coliving space was fabulous and they actually focus on building community. If you are considering going, don’t hesitate. If you are in doubt as to how much time to stay, extend your stay already, you won’t regret it.

ONE MONTH MINIMUM STAY

We encourage longer but have a minimum stay of 1-month. This fosters a real sense of community and allows for true connection among all members, with time being a key contributor to building lasting and meaningful relationships.

Pre-booking calls to ensure the right fit all around. This explains our concept and approach in more detail and asks some information from you to ensure that both parties have a great experience.

Amazing people and atmosphere. The garden BBQ, hangs by the pool and festival days were my favourite. Everyone is very warm, friendly and welcoming and I couldn't be happier to recommend this to anyone looking for a thriving community to be part of and a great experience in Malta.

Loved the community aspect of Evolve. The vibe is really warm and welcoming and you really feel like you are part of a family. They don't organise events themselves but they provide us with everything to arrange things ourselves and this really worked for me. The experience has been top notch and I would definitely recommend!

Evolve is an amazing community that I would recommend to anyone looking to meet new people and explore Malta. I've stayed there twice now and have met so many wonderful people from all over the world. The house is great, the rooms are big, and the whole place is kept well stocked and clean. Matt and Ola are great hosts and very welcoming. If you're considering staying there you definitely should!

Evolves FAQ.

Is this just a hostel?
No, we are a home for professionals. We have daily cleaning, lots of private space, restrictions on minimum stays, noise, and a focus on the community home aspect of living.
Is it just a shared house?
No, shared houses are not managed, and the tenants are not filtered. Here we do both, and it really impacts the overall vibe of the home. Also this property has 1268m2 of shared spaces a pool, jacuzzi, gym and more.
Is it not noisy and overcrowded?
No, the property has 15 bedrooms but there is so much shared space that often the house can be very quiet. You can relax in the shared spaces without being bothered and work by the pool without issue. Also again the members are older, mostly in their 30's and are not running around causing havoc, but all have professional careers and are focused on getting work done.  
Where is this?
We are based in Malta, in an area called San Gwann, it is about 15-20 mins from most main beaches and bars, and there is lots of options to get around including cabs and e-scooters (both standing and sit down). We are also 5mins walk from a big lidil, and 2mins from a connivence store.  
What activities do you run?
We are not a summer camp for adults, we believe everyone is big enough, old enough and ugly enough to entertain themselves 😉 

We have created a beautiful community home with many great spaces to support group activities, like a large open-plan lounge and double kitchen. 

We also have a community WhatsApp group, and while we continue to maintain the beautiful property, we find amazing members. 

The rest is up to you to make the magic happen 😁
