Evolve is a real life changer ❤️ My experience in the coliving space was fabulous and they actually focus on building community. If you are considering going, don’t hesitate. If you are in doubt as to how much time to stay, extend your stay already, you won’t regret it.

Amazing coliving community with incredible people, would highly recommend. Ola and Matt have created a warm and welcome atmosphere at the house, always on hand with any queries or issues I had, and made it easy to experience all Malta has to offer. There's a wide variety of amenities including office space, swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym area, table tennis and pool table etc Looking forward to my return visit!

Amazing people and atmosphere. The garden BBQ, hangs by the pool and festival days were my favourite. Everyone is very warm, friendly and welcoming and I couldn't be happier to recommend this to anyone looking for a thriving community to be part of and a great experience in Malta.

I recommend Evolve 10/10. The house is stunning, but the community and experiences put together by the Evolve team there are what make it special. I spent 8 months with Evolve being my home base in Europe and it was truly amazing. Matt and Ola have done superb job creating a community of like minded hard working fun loving individuals who made it an experience like no other. I met some of the most amazing people and life long friends during my time there. The house has all the amenities. A swimming pool, pool, gym, ping pong, jacuzzi, co-work, etc., you are never bored. And you will meet a fantastic group of people to enjoy so much more of what Malta has to offer. Whether it is talking business, having skillshares, scuba diving, catamaran parties, or just kicking back having a bbq poolside at the house you will meet the best people to do everything with. I already have travels planned with some of the friends I made there in South East Asia before I will head back to Malta in April. Looking forward to being back, thanks again Matt and Ola for creating such an awesome place.

Highly recommend if you're a digital nomad or just looking for somewhere to live while remote working and doing some traveling. Also great for solo travelers as well. It's an instant built in community with all the amenities! There are so many organized activities that there's never a dull moment. Made some great friends while here. It made my visit to Malta very memorable. Might book another month for next year 🥳

Truly amazing place. The villa is enormous, with plenty of facilities (large pool, Rooftop, jacuzzi, gym, decent Coworking areas), but the best thing about Evolve is the community. I initially planned to stay for one month here, but because of all the great people that I've met and shared so many experiences with, I extended my stay for 2 extra months. The people here are very warm, friendly and make you feel like home. Definitely recommend this place!

Ultimate Guide on the Malta Digital Nomad Visa

In 2021, Malta launched its digital nomad visa, also called Nomad Residence Permit Malta, as one of the first countries worldwide.

The best thing about the Malta Digital Nomad Visa is that it enables you to retain your current job-based in another country whilst legally residing in Malta.

The Digital Nomad Residence Permit is open to all Digital Nomads, remote workers and employees who are able to work remotely and independent of their location.

Malta has already established a vibrant and strong Digital Nomads community, established and strengthened by regular Digital Nomad Meetups.

Its members benefit from the make the countless networking and business opportunities, while enjoying the Mediterranean and island lifestyle.

The best thing about the Maltese Digital Nomad Visa is that it opens the door for residents from third countries outside the European Union, to travel and stay within the EU.

The visa is valid for one year, but can be renewed as long as you are meeting its criteria. If you want to stay for less than a year no problem as in this case the Nomad Residence Permit will be issued for the length of your stay.

We decided to make all rooms private, since privacy is essential for focus, productivity and wellbeing.

All rooms are modern, well-equipped and have high speed internet with some of them even coming with an own kitchen.

Private rooms range from  €845-€1595 /month, depending on room category and season.

Malta is a tax heaven

Malta is part of the EU in 2004 and boasts an extremely attractive tax system for foreign entrepreneurs.

Malta’s tax system is very beneficial for entrepreneurs and freelancers, who are looking for an attractive business environment.

A foreign-owned Maltese company only has to pay 5% Corporation Tax, which is the lowest corporate tax rate in the entire European Union.

Maltese income tax is foreign-sourced income, but only when it is remitted to Malta. This is great news, as it basically means that expats aren’t subject to income tax in Malta on income arising outside Malta as long as it isn’t remitted to a Maltese bank account.

In addition to that, expats aren’t subject to income tax on any foreign-sourced capital gains made by e.g. buying and selling crypto or shares on foreign exchanges.
